And finally...This form is for Arts & Entertainment listings only. We also print calendars in Neighborhood Trib. Consult that section on our Web site if your event is not arts-related. Submissions that do not comply might not get placed in the correct listing. Please, no duplicate copies. If you sent by fax or mail, there's no need to fill out this form. And if you send this form, there's no need to fax or mail another copy. Submission of an event does not guarantee listing in the print edition. We print on a space-available basis.
